I am a happily married mother of 4 (yes 4!). I have a great job with the State of Ohio and have the best husband anyone could ask for!! I have been trying to lose 20lbs for the past 2 years. If any of you have advise...please help. I am so weak, I can't stay on a diet to save my life...lol!!
